What do you most expect to gain from being part of our scholars program?
As a part of the Noblitt Scholars program, I expect to engage with a diverse group of academically-oriented and forward-thinking scholars who plan to positively influence the next generation of humanity.
How do you spend your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy reading books and playing tennis as these activities keep me mentally and physically active. I also try to help underprivileged school children as much as possible
What is the nerdiest thing you do?
I keep myself updated on the latest trends in the world of software and occasionally practice in small coding projects.
How do you hope to change the world with the knowledge you’ll gain at Rose-Hulman?
I hope to gain strong foundations in data science and artificial intelligence at Rose-Hulman and plan to apply this knowledge in the field of bioinformatics to assist seniors with neurological disorders.
How did you know Rose was right for you?
When I did my Visit Day I just felt that the attitude of everyone that I met was the same as mine. Rose focuses on developing the knowledge and skills needed for real-world application and getting its students ready to work alongside other talented individuals, which spoke directly to my goals.
