Many Rose-Hulman students begin college with a head start on their credits and coursework thanks to Advanced Placement (AP) credits earned in high school, as well as dual credit/dual enrollment programs. Entering college with those AP credits gives you access to multiple opportunities at Rose — from declaring a double major or minor to study abroad and earning a master’s degree with our R2 program.
Graduate in 4 years with 2 Degrees
At Rose-Hulman, you can combine engineering with business and earn a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in four years! The Rose Squared concurrent degree program (R2) allows you to put your qualifying Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate and other earned college credits in science, math and the humanities to work by earning both degrees at no additional cost. In the R2 program, your AP credits will help you work toward a Bachelor of Science in engineering, math or science (BS) and a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) or other academic programs.
