Dr. McCabe Olsen specializes in algebraic combinatorics, particularly problems pertaining to lattice point enumeration in convex polyhedra. After completing his Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky, he spent two years as a postdoctoral fellow at Ohio State University before joining Rose-Hulman in 2020. Dr. Olsen is also a 2020 MAA Project NExT fellow. Outside of the classroom, he enjoys playing disc golf.
