Dr. Dan Marincel specializes in cleanroom fabrication techniques for thin film materials and semiconductors. He teaches courses in the creation, modification, and applications of small things, including nanomaterials, semiconductors, and micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS). He enjoys teaching basic theory and skills with hands-on activities in both laboratory and classroom environments. Dr. Marincel works closely with undergraduate students in the Micro-Nanoscale Devices and Systems (MiNDS) facility, an ISO 6 cleanroom, for both teaching and research.
