Apartment Residence Hall housing and Percopo Residence Hall Rates: $11,694 double or $15,945 single.

The housing charges are based on upperclassmen's housing rate. A per-credit hour fee is charged to the student. An overload per-credit hour is charged when a student takes 19 or more credit hours per term. Summer term courses are charged on a per-credit-hour basis.

Student Accident Insurance rates: $899 for the academic year. Quarterly fee breakdown: Fall $234, Winter $243, Spring $422. The spring insurance fee covers the summer months immediately following. Domestic students have the option to waive the insurance fee by completing a waiver, however, international students are not eligible to waive.
