Dr. Mark Hays is an expert in software testing and quality assurance, project management, and algorithm design and analysis. He previously worked for IBM, where he performed testing and quality assurance on web and mobile applications. Dr. Hays’ research interests include creating software quality assurance tools and using statistical hypothesis testing in software engineering experiments. As a doctorate student, he solved advanced math problems in the C++ and Java computer languages for the University of Kentucky’s team that represented the United States in the International Collegiate Programming Contest.
