Design and construct a low-noise, high-isolation 1320 nm fiber optic TTD grating array.  Determine the timing sequencing necessary to provide TTD for 69 degree steering angles.  Design and construct the necessary electronics for proper timing and sequencing of the switches.  Test the optical detection system for TTD measurements.
