Catalog Description: (Prerequisites - CHEM 201 or equivalent) Gives general introduction to the field of microfluidics. Introduction to fluid mechanics at the microscale: electroosmotic flow, eletrophoresis, chemical separation and detection, microfluidic device fabrication, and microchannel heat exchangers.
