Define a ground reference node. Label the other nodes of the circuit. Sum the currents away from those nodes and set the sum equal to zero. Be sure to use a supernode by ignoring a voltage source between Va and Vb and continuing to sum currents. Relate Va and Vb using the voltage source. Use power formulas to find all of the powers.
