Campus Maps

The Rose-Hulman campus is located on US 40 off State Road 46 in Terre Haute, IN. Below are links to campus maps as well as directions to campus.

Please note that if you are flying into the Indianapolis International Airport, it is a 60-minute drive from the airport to campus via I-70. There is currently no mass public transportation from the airport to campus. Some previous participants have used Lyft or Uber; however, the most reliable form of transportation would be to rent a vehicle or take a taxi (could be costly due to the distance).



Hotel Accommodations

The conference hotel is the Quality Inn of Terre Haute.

The conference is able to provide a discounted rate for many students; hotel rooms are $20 for the night of April 19.

These rooms are intended for double occupancy by students, please be respectful of our resources and book accordingly.

The rooms include full breakfast on Saturday morning. These rooms are offered on a first come, first serve basis; we have booked 25 rooms, so reserving a room early is suggested.

By subsidizing room costs, our hope is to help alleviate lodging costs for more students than in previous years. To this end, we ask that you consider the following:

  • We ask that faculty make separate reservations and allow the subsidized rooms to be for students only.
  • We ask that students share a room. If you do not have roommate in mind, the hotel staff may be able to arrange a partner for you.

You can reserve rooms by contacting the hotel manager directly. Send an email to (quality.terrehaute@gmail.com). Please do not call the hotel directly; we have a somewhat special booking arrangement that is best handled by the manager. Please include "Rose Hulman - Mathematics Group" in the subject of the email. Be sure to mention that you are part of the Rose-Hulman Undergraduate Math Conference, and list the name(s) of your roommate(s). Only one email request per room is required. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, email the hotel prior to April 18, 2019.
