Installing ISPLever

The software used to create GAL implementations is called ISPLever from Lattice Semiconductor.  The software allows you to program, simulate, and create burning instruction files for any Lattice programmable logic device, such as the GAL 22V10D.

The ISPLever software is available on the computers in room B-200.  It is suggested that you do your work there.  However, you can also install the software on your own machine.

Lattice makes a starter version of the software available for use with a limited 6 month license.  Rather that waiting for the rather long download from their site, the installation files have been made available here.  Simply follow the instructions below to install ISPLever starter version on your computer.
