Points to be awarded:

1. 10 Points for a correctly implemented twoEven function in the HW1 class
2. 10 Points for a main function in the HW1 class that invokes the twoEven function
3. 5 points for javadocs/documentation (note all problems but don't take off more than 3 points if they made an attempt)
