Points to be awarded for:

1. Complete the TODO items in the function package - 9 points (3 points per TODO; bonus 4 points for the challenge problem)
2. Complete the TODO items in the matchable package - 10 points (5 points per TODO in the MatchableFunctions class which includes the corresponding test)

Total: 19 points
