Prepare for Exam 1

Tasks

1. Prepare for Exam 1 by reviewing the Exam 1 topics as a PDF or in Microsoft Word (same document in two forms for your convenience).
   • You can ask questions by email to the csse220-staff mailing list.
   • Additional resources that you might find helpful for the test (either preparing for it, or while taking the open-book portion of the test) include:
     • One-page summaries of some of the topics we have discussed
     • Chapters 1–7 of Big Java
     • The slides from Sessions 1 through 12
2. Recall that there is no regular class Monday, and that there is an evening exam Monday evening.
   • See the Schedule page for when and where the exam is.
   • Note that there IS a Homework 13 due Tuesday before class.
     • It has reading and a quiz on that reading.
     • The Game of Life program that you do with your partner is not due until the beginning of Session 15 (next Thursday).
     • Make arrangements to meet with your partner as needed.
