Configuration Management Plan Checklist

This checklist is to help with the inspection of the Configuration Management Plan.

• Are all sections of the Configuration Management Plan template included?
• Are the procedures easy to understand?
• Are all procedures necessary for configuration management followed?
• Is the version control method straightforward and understandable?
• Does the directory/file organization cover all aspects of the project?
• Does the directory organization allow for a logical division of information, and for easy navigation throughout the directory structure?
• Is the backup of all artifacts included in the backup log?
• Is the method for backup easy to understand and maintain?
