Boltzmann factor : exp(-E/kT), where E = energy, k = Boltzmann
constant, T = kelvin temperature

Boltzmann engine. Lets you put in different initial
populations for the lowest three energy levels of a group of harmonic oscillators.
The program randomly exchanges particles in different states of the harmonic
oscillator to keep energy constant. It finds the maximum entropy after
a number of trials and uses this for the next round of calculations. This
process moves toward the Boltzmann distribution. Batch
